2 Use of Service
Blogger Quiz provides a platform for creating and embedding quizzes on blogs and websites. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the service to create or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws.
3 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4 Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of Blogger Quiz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the quiz content you create, but grant us a license to store and serve it.
5 Free & Premium Plans
We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Free plan users are subject to usage limits (e.g., 3 quizzes per day, 10 questions per quiz). Premium plan features and pricing are described on our Upgrade page. We reserve the right to change plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
6 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blogger Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
