2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to renewal payments or plan upgrades.
3 Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be honored. Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@htmlquizmaker.com with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5 Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We process refunds through Razorpay, and processing times may vary.
6 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: subscription renewals after the 7-day guarantee period, partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions, and any add-on credits or one-time purchases.
