Cancellation Policy
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before using Blogger Quiz. By using our service, you agree to the terms described below.
1 Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Blogger Quiz Premium subscription at any time. To cancel, go to Settings in your dashboard and select "Manage Subscription," or contact us at contact@htmlquizmaker.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2 What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your Premium subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan with its associated limits (3 quizzes per day, 10 questions per quiz).
3 Data Retention
Your quizzes and data will be retained after cancellation. However, if your total quizzes exceed the Free plan limits, you will not be able to create new quizzes until you are within the free tier limits. Existing quizzes will remain accessible and embeddable.
4 Reactivation
You can reactivate your Premium subscription at any time by visiting the Upgrade page. Your previous data and quizzes will be fully accessible upon reactivation. If you reactivate within the same billing period, you will not be charged again until the next billing cycle.
5 Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
